Ongoing Projects
- Developing an AI Toolchain for Effectively Managing Maintenance and Operation Funded by Mitacs and IGT, Moncton
This project with IGT aims to (1) Design, implement, and evaluate AI-based methods for hardware failure prediction; (2) Perform an extensive literature review to gather state-of-the-art research work in the area of hardware failure prediction; (3) Implement and deliver a PoC project for hardware failure prediction. Project Duration: May 2025 to December 2026.
- SYMPTOM -- Software qualitY estiMation and PredicTiOn fraMework -- An AI-assisted Quality Assurance Framework: Funded by NBIF through its TRF program, this project aims to investigate and develop a unified framework to assess, predict, and visualize software quality employing advanced machine learning and the product, process, and people-related metrics to ease the maintenance and evolution of software. Thus, ease the quality assurance process in software development by eliminating (error-prone and effort-demanding) manual involvement.
Project Duration: September 2023 to April 2025.
