- General: A good academic standing in MSc (no C or equivalent grades in any CS courses) with at least one published article(s)/paper(s) in the area of software engineering.

- General: A good academic standing in BSc (no C or equivalent grades in any CS courses) with at least one submitted/published article(s)/paper(s) in the area of software engineering.
- Technical:
- What you need to send for your application: (1) A detailed CV, (2) Transcripts, (3) A Statement of Purpose or Cover Letter, (4) One sample technical writing or published article/paper, (5) A research proposal of max 2-page, (6) IELTS Score (at least band 6.5 in all areas and a band of 7 overall).
- In your Statement of Purpose or Cover Letter, you MUST explain and demonstrate (with evidence) your passion for research.
- You MUST INCLUDE your IELTS or English Test score with your application.
